Komal is Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate.

Komal has served multitude of clients on advisory, litigation support and compliance support with respect to indirect tax including GST, excise duty, service tax, Customs duty, Value added Tax, Central Sales Tax and Foreign Trade Policy.

She has also been involved in conducting tax due diligence and assisting in indirect tax structuring assignments for various clients.

She has handled clients based in oil & gas, renewables, manufacturing, consumer durables, infrastructure, EPC, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, Gaming, chemical, courier , shipping sector, etc.

She has also assisted various associations for representations before Ministry during GST implementation.

Komal has assisted many clients in advocacy assignments in ERI sector especially on petroleum and renewable sectors including lobbying before ministries and energy secretaries.
