Hiren is responsible to promote energy transition from fossil fuels to renewable fuels (Green Hydrogen and its derivatives); work with various stakeholder to fast-paced energy transition; negotiate and execute long term off-take agreements; and innovate techno commercial solutions to make renewable fuels affordable.

He previously worked in the LNG industry with H-Energy and BG Group plc. In LNG industry, he oversaw various senior management positions including business development, marketing of natural gas, commercial operation, strategic planning and regulatory affairs. He immensely contributed to grow the usage of natural gas in India.

In 2013, he ventured into flexible packaging industry, where he led marketing and business development in more than 30 countries includes North Americas, Europe, Africa and Asian markets. Hiren’s career spanned more than 22 years of experience in National and International Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing Communication, Policy Advocacy and Regulatory affairs, Pricing and Risk Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Marketing from University of Pune.
